I was told they did not pay for flushing of sewer, but would cover other things. I called them after the flush and submitted my claim on12/26/1999 they said they would take care of it, never heard from them 1/3/2020, 1/9, 1/14. /1/17, 1/23, 1/28/2020 Annie said the check for 1,665.00 would be sent out Thursday. 2/12/2929 called and now they are saying it is not covered. I cancelled with them I feel they should reimburse me my money for the warranty on the sewer and well it is bull. Debra Crooke

Worst company ever!!

We foolishly purchased a product from them and now they cal 3-4 times a day and when you hang up on them they just call you right back and start from the beginning. They also will illegally call you at 7:30 am. Which is illegal but I’m not convinced they are a legitimate company. Daniel is the worst sales person in the world and also the most obnoxious. It would be one thing if we owed them money but we don’t.

I am sorry for your issue . There are many companies in this field.

We are not even in the building at 7;30 am.

If we have been calling and bothering you please call our 800 number and ask for james. So we can fix this and put you on a do not disturb issue if this wqs us.

Stop Harrassing My Dad!

My sweet Mom passed away nearly 2 years ago. She erred in purchasing a septic tank product from Septic Max about a year before she died. Since she has been gone, this company continues to call my dad, asking for my mom, sometimes twice in the same day. My brother and I have also intercepted the same calls while visiting dad. The representatives have been told, repeatedly that Evelyn is deceased!! They will not take my folks’ phone number off their list....and have been asked to do this many times. And my father will never buy their product. STOP CALLING! Are these people cold-hearted, or do they think this is funny??!! Help!!!!

After getting my elderly dad to buy around $500 worth of product and sign up for protection plan, I contacted them last year and requested to be taken off all marketing lists. We requested with him talking to a representative, not to contact him, to speak with me as his representative. And last week they talked him into buying another $180 worth of stuff. We will be refusing it. Called again and told them not to contact him. Not to be trusted by the elderly.

In reqding these reveiws there must be some miserable people. Ive been doing business with septic maxx for 5 years. They have resolved every problem and have helped me ten times backwards. I would recomend them to any one. A michael is a mangager and is the best. He always gets back to me with my questions.

I don't remember the first year that I did business with this outfit but it turned into a terrible mistake. I bought their product for treatment of septic systems the first time that was good of a number of year treatments anyway about a year later they contacted me again and saying that they have improved the product to be more useful against the new soaps coming out that regular treatments would not touch. so again, I tried those and don't know if it worked or not. but the jest of this writing is they hound the living *** out of you with phone calls. finally got to the point that as soon as they identified themselves I would just hang up, but first I would tell the to put me on their no call list but that did not do any good. would just be a different person each time. so the only advice I can give is if you receive a caller and they identify as being with SEPTIC MAXX JUST HANG UP

Warning, warning! Don’t trust this company with anything. This company is dishonest and corrupt! They took money ($193) from my grandfathers checking account without authorization! They used an old copy of a check that was in their records, got the bank numbers and took money from his account. They have been contacted three times and each time they say they will refund the money and send a check. They have lied to my grandfather three times, Then they had the nerve to call him and try to convince him that they should keep the money in case he might need something else in the future. It has been months but they still will not make this right. What they did was illegal and heartbreaking. How could a company do this to an elderly man of a very fixed and tight income? How could you in good faith swindle an elderly man? Please don’t give this company any business and please please don’t give them any of your information! If they will take money from an elderly person they will take money from you!! Tell everyone to have nothing to do with this terrible company. They will steal your money and your information. Please don’t do business with this company in any form. Check any transaction that you have had with these horrible people.

Worst company ever!

Septic Maxx people are awful..rude..very pushy. They call us at all hours and keep trying to sell us their product. We have a lot on hand already and tell them to stop calling..they talk louder and over us and insist that we purchase more. I've told them 100 times to stop calling us and that if we need more we'll call them. They automatically deduct $149.99 from our credit card each year in August. Last week they tried to charge us another $199.99 for their product and a 5 year warranty. Our credit card place denied the suspicious charge and called us. We did not authorize this purchase. So we cancelled that card and was issued a new one thank goodness! They called us right away and got pretty rude. They called again this morning at 8:30 am. I told them again to stop calling us..he spoke over me again. I said if you don't stop calling I will turn them in...he said what does that mean? Lol..I said if you don't know what that means you are ignorant..he said..not as ignorant as you are..lol..I called him a snot nose and hung us on him. But this is what we (senior citizens) go through with them every time they call.

Received a phone call stating that my order was ready to ship but my credit card would not accept it,(That was my first mistake). I did not order anything.

Then the salesman said that he was going to give me a big discount(2nd mistake) I still did not order anything. He rattled all this stuff that was included in my order,(still did not order anything). I told him and his supervisor that my credit cards did not go that high and I would use several cards with limits on each one, no problem they say. Nest thing I know several bills payable started to not to be paid when I check my accounts it seems that not only did not get any discounts but they took just about all of the payment out one account.

I received one shipment for two items 1st was for 85.95 nest item was for 82.00 total was 164.00 but if you add the two items it comes out to 167.95. The Merchandise invoice was 249.95.

Must be some that new Math. I receive 2 packages but got billed for three.

Please call office and ask for James, jeff, or michael. They currently are the office mangers.

Most calls are recorded for quality assurance. We want 100 percent happy custermers.

We would like to research this complaint and make it better. Again calls are mostly recorded should be easy to solve.

Im surprised there are negative reveiws out here as my experience wqs postive, proffessional and went with out a hitch. I guess some people just like to complain. Im not one of them. This company gets high marks from me.

Wow says i need to,wright one hundred words ok. I bought Septic Maxx trillion tabs. They are commercial grqde and can help keep your septic tank running. I personaly had smell comming from my tank.

Their product eliminated all the odor.

I think it even helped dry up some wet spots. Ive recommended this products to my neigbirs as well
